Founder of Permanent Makeup Perfection, Denise Bellemeur, has been performing the art of permanent makeup since 1998. Having begun with world renown plastic surgeon, Dr. Stephen Pratt of Nashville Tenn., she continues to freelance with other plastic surgeons, such as Dr. Daniel Kane, chief of plastic surgery at Mt. Sinai hospital in Miami Beach Florida and various other plastic surgeons within Florida and Tennessee.

Having an international clientele, she performs procedures on all ethnicity's and skin types. Denise takes pride in creating a soft, natural look that lasts. She creates a calm, relaxed atmosphere to ensure that each person is comfortable during each procedure.

Education
Denise received her permanent makeup education from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics, in Arlington, Texas, while taking advanced courses and seminars, keeping up to date with intradermal concepts.

The Masters Certification Program proves that I can demonstrate experience as a permanent cosmetics technician. This hands-on certification and industry-recognized credential, certifies that I am an aesthetic and technical leader in the field of permanent cosmetics.

Only available to AIIC Certified Masters (or equivalent), this training in the excellence of permanent cosmetics allows me to educate and motivate others in the permanent cosmetics industry.
